Information you give us:

Email signup: if you sign up for our newsletter or free training plan, we collect your email address (and your first name if you choose to provide it).
Contact: if you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.

Information collected automatically:

Analytics: we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as pages viewed, time on site, referring website, device and browser type, and approximate location (derived from your IP address). We use this in aggregate to improve the site.
Server logs: our hosting provider (Hostinger) automatically records standard log data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and reliability.
Fonts: the site loads web fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google servers and shares your IP address with Google.

Affiliate links and cookies

Some links on this site are affiliate links, including links to Amazon.com through the Amazon Associates Program. Email signup provider

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Data retention

We keep newsletter subscriber information until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics retention settings.
